I help women who have realized, “I can’t keep doing this anymore.”
My clients struggle as you do and have had that same a-ha moment. Despite being smart, hard-working and empathetic people, life can be hard.
When they first come in, they feel selfish and ashamed for reaching out. They feel exhausted and not good “enough.” They talk about how they don’t do enough for their families, and are certain that they’re failing either as parents, as adult children, or both. At work, they’ve gotten to the point where, no matter how many hours they’ve worked, they aren’t doing enough. What little energy is left is being consumed by friends, and they are left depleted.
They want a break but feel they can’t take one. They feel that they would be letting others down if they did something for themselves.
Their stress and worry, their fear of failure, gets in the way of the life they want to live in so many ways and their confidence is at an all-time low.
Before they came to see me, they feared that this was just how life was and it wasn’t going to change. They worried that they would have to figure out how to contort themselves to handle what life threw at them. And they were pretty certain that there was something wrong with how they were feeling. They felt shame and incompetence eating away at them.
Like my clients, you deserve to feel comfortable setting healthy boundaries and empowered to create a life that is fulfilling for you. Using my graduate training, education, real-life experience in well-researched and proven practices in addition to many client success stories, this is well within your reach.
If you want to feel the joy these things can bring, I’d love to help you get there.
